Judy Bosko, VP of Operations and Information Systems, has been with Sysmex since 2002. Judy is currently responsible for Sysmex Field Services which includes repair and support for customer systems, laboratory clinical specialists, training of field support personnel, technical new product launches, the Sysmex Clinical Assay Lab, the WAM application software development/support and customer technical phone support and enterprise systems.
These functions support the installation of new customers and the continued technical support of existing customers. The Technical Service organization consists of over 350 professional employees whose responsibility is to ensure that the customer is pleased with the initial technical performance of the Sysmex system. It also ensures that the system stays functioning properly to fulfill the value committed by our company.
Judy began her career with Sysmex as Director of Operations, responsible for internal Sysmex systems and technology as well as customer service, order fulfillment, inventory and logistics. In 2009, she added the HITS WAM lab automation application development which she continues to support today along with all other technical customer support functions.
Prior to joining Sysmex, Judy was employed by large enterprise companies such as IBM and Motorola to smaller start up firms in the wireless or internet space. Her responsibilities ranged from software development and implementation management to technical support.
Judy holds a MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, as well as completed all coursework for a Masters of Computer Science from the University of Louisville.
Born and raised on a farm in a small Kentucky town, she now resides in Chicago with her husband Andrew Bosko. They have four kids, two dogs and fish.
